FEE STRUCTURE:
The rental models and fee structures have been developed to enable landlords to choose the correct level of service and tenant for them.
Rental valuations, property appraisals and marketing are promised on a NO LET, NO FEE basis.
OPEN MARKET TENANT:
There will be two types of management structures targeted at the open market; managed and tenant find.

The letting fee includes accompanied viewings, guidance on statutory safety certificates, tenancy set up and the provision of a professional inventory.
The arrangement of necessary work does not include the cost of the work, only the arrangement of quotes/work/repairs.
